We created Total Saber Fit with one objective: to ensure anyone who attempts to conquer "Their Fitness Saber Quest"... leaves feeling VICTORIOUS! TSF offers a lightsaber themed fitness program that incorporates high-intensity lightsaber training (HILT). The program is comprised of an exclusive arrangement of three challenging workout stations called Saber Quest developed by a Industry Elite Lightsaber Coaching Specialist.

WHAT TO EXPECT...

  • Show up when it best suits YOUR schedule; there are no class times
  • You’re welcomed by a friendly, certified lightsaber fitness coach (LFC)
  • Your LFC teaches you how to best position your hands for support when working out with the lightsaber
  • Use our Saber Ignite Heart Rate Training to stay in your target fat burning zone
  • Yout LFC shows you how to best perform each exercise based on your fitness, health and wellness levels of comfort
  • Each ten minute interval, you move on to the next Saber Quest
  • After your third Quest... your 30-minute full-body Saber Quest workout is complete
  • Access to TSF Nutrition App customized specifically to your specific biometrics

At Saber Quest Station 1... you'll use the combination of your Combat Grade LED Lightsaber and the Body Opponent Training Bag (BOB) to build strength and stamina.

As you follow our state of the art lightsaber training videos, your Certified Lightsaber Fitness Coach (LFC) will be there to help you every step of the way.

SABER QUEST STATION 2:

At Saber Quest Station 2... you'll use the TRX Suspension Training® to help enable upper body, lower body & core strengthening moves that build power and develop shoulder conditioning and speed.

SABER QUEST STATION 3:

At Saber Quest Station 3... you'll be in front of your workout mirror following along your High Intensity Lightsaber Training (HILT) as you continue to increase your personal coordination, timing, shoulder conditioning and speed.

And remember, as you follow our state of the art lightsaber training videos, your Certified Lightsaber Fitness Coach (LFC) will be there to help and encourage you every step of the way.
